@chuk: sorry I meant to add: the forward planning referred to preparation of a carefully crafted prospectus well in advance, to be released now after all the positive events. Since you mentioned "Hower cash is precious right now and retail share purchase plans need a prospectus, are more costly and more time consuming. Not ideal unfortunately at this stage.", I was trying to point out that retail SPP didn't have to be time consuming if the prospectus was prepared in advance. Avoiding further dilution to LT SHs (which IMO has been really enough and is now really testing people) should also be a consideration for the management team, besides building the plant and getting it to production.
