MCL now have appointed Peter Mullins - was the CEO of Greenpeace Australia Pacific - and with the appointment of David Glavonjic as the new Ex Chairman, they can focus on bring to market the new opportunities in developing carbon projects. The Board of Directors of m2m Corporation Limited (m2m) advises that Peter Mullins has consented to act as a Director of m2m Corporation Limited and has been appointed effective 4 January 2011. Peter brings to the Board a wealth of experience in critical areas for the company as it progresses in the implementation of its carbon forestry credit projects in Indonesia, the Pacific, Asia and Australia. He has strong business and governance credentials ? having led a number of organisations as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and as the inaugural Chair of the Board of Wolf Minerals Limited. Peter has substantial environmental credentials as a former CEO of Greenpeace Australia Pacific. He has a strong personal commitment to saving the tropical forests of Asia and the Pacific while securing effective development opportunities for local communities living in these forests. As a former Australian diplomat, he has extensive working knowledge of Asia and the Pacific. He also has specialised skills in areas of project and organisational development. The Board of Directors is delighted to have a person of Peter?s industry and governmental experience joining the Company.
