Buddy...I don't believe I play the person and not the ball.

The "issue" in this instance is management performance and you have not come up with a decent, logical case to sustantiate why they should go, which is what you are suggesting!

I'm an old rugby player and in a ruck if you are holding the ball, which is what you are on most of these matters, unless you let go, then you are coming out of the ruck with it! That simple!

In my previous post I suggested that ESG hasn't got a track record markedly worse than other CSGers. I suggested that maybe its the "quiet time of the industry curve".

No comments by you whatsoever. I challenge you to address them! Paint the case as to how ESG management have performed so crappily when compared to their peers.

I challenge you to address finding a CEO with the credentials of Casey (as I outlined) without giving us a superficial answer of placing an "advert in the paper" type response.

In short, where is your point by point emotion-free summation of why Casey isn't the man to lead ESG?

I'll grant you that he isn't a brilliant shareholder communicator but hey, running a billion dollar business encompasases a hell of a lot more important tasks than this. I want you to talk about these other tasks. Give examples.

I stated directly that I believe ESG are talking to others in the industry and not simply relying on STO as you are intimating. I know this to be fact and if you were at the AGM you would too. I know there are plenty of posters on HC who would agree with my comemnts here because they were there too.

I also challenged you that if you have gripes, contact them directly and get answers. I do and others do.

And look, it's clear you have issues with the number of posts you make and essentially the message never changes. It's the same old cracked record.

So, when you repond with comments like:

"Why should a Shareholder have to ring or E-mail an Executive to get an answer for God's Sake. The information should be available as a recorded/published announcement for everyone to see."

I mean really! If you don't ASK, you won't know, will you?

Again I say; If you have issues contact them and let them know.

On this and just about every other issue Buddy, the only area of commonality that we share is that ESG are lousy at shareholder communication.

In these threads we have often wondered why...I've raised the issue directly and the official response is "commercially sensitive" and given where we are situated and with what is happening around us, I've accepted this as been plausible.
