Actually they already own 25% between them now .... Shares on Issue are 1,141,784,114 shares ...
SI - 78.9 million = 6.90 %
GG - 206.7 million = 18.10 %
Funny how GG's notice today rounded out nicely ending with ".10%" to even up their combined holdings to 25% exactly when it was added to SI's 6.90% .... lol
Of course there are still options etc to be added to the final tally but they are to be allocated to insiders so the 25% will only increase if they are exercised even if Angioblast royalty license fee is paid via shares if Remestemcel-L receives FDA approval. One might ask if the 25% threshold was the objective all along to prevent a SOA and/or will GG continue to buy ?
