I agree with you about the ‘image’ portrayed by our BoD when it comes to selling this company. I desperately hope they don’t just roll over and accept the first offer that comes our way. I have been concerned about this idea of a development partner ……. and it being at the expense of competing bids from any other companies who don’t have that partnership agreement. All interested suitors will need time to do a full diligence ….. maybe we need multiple partnership agreements. I’d also prefer to see JD heavily involved in any sale negotiations.
