Can you explain why it is so important to list on Nasdaq. Every company that I have had shares in, which transfers to Nasdaq listing turned into an absolute cluster duck. A nightmare with the listing always ending with a loss of value in the end. The company push for a dual listing then seem to want to ditch the asx listing shortly after. Usually with a reduction in your holdings and a whole lot of red tape. It just seems taking something of promise and giving it to another shot caller with them doing their best to get you out of the picture. Very new to this but have held three companies that were on a nice growth pattern then turn to shit as soon as they entered the Nasdaq
