dfl / icm I think the market has totally over shot the IVR market. IMO I believe Paris is still in the very early stages of its development and from what I believe it remains viable. The development prices quoted are in US $ & not A $ which is a totally different scenario. Those prepared to ride out this storm will IMO be very well rewarded.
