Uber, just to clarify HCW's debt is $481.3mm against a $1610mm portfolio value.(june 2024).. of course market value of hospitals if Healthscope is insolvent would be less than $1610..according to page 8 of the 2024 results presentation 57% of income comes from private Hospitals of which Healthscope is split with Mater and Acurio.. i can't find exact disclosure of the value of all healthscope assets, but i'm guessing around 48% ( making a few assumptions).. so no doubt Healthscopes issues are material to HCW.. i've had a nibble at these levels, but as you note for MPW, " the graph doesn't stop for anyone". Indeed!! Interesting times..
