Interesting, I know that in some cases the FDA scale back the indication so I presume they could also add to the indication. They may choose to do this and leave the hole indication under AA. Like I said there is no need for confirmatory trial under AA provided that additional data is provided, this can be provided by way of a register recording real world evidence in the same way JCR did for Temcell.
