they'll still be able to raise money. They'll just heavily discount the offer and add a heap of free options. What are we today 1.8c? so a raise at around 1c would probably tempt many to take up their full entitlement. Management are not concerned with dilution. They are only interested in keeping the lights on.
I really do wonder what everyone is doing behind the scenes. So many staff for so little achieved.
