one side note - There was an EPA board meeting yesterday. The agenda for these meeting is normally set weeks in advance so i think the chances that this was discussed at that meeting is approach 0%. But it is possible.
And also just looking at it, the first EPA board meeting in 2024 was March 30. And there is no indication on the EPA website when the first one for 2025 will be (
https://www.epa.wa.gov.au/epa-board-meetings). So could be waiting a while yet. They should update the website when the date for the first meeting of 2025 is set
