Anyone can pull an arbitrary amount out of their proverbial and say it's going to go to this level. Whether it will or not is a different story, unfortunately you don't provide a chart to back up your claims. 26c is the key level of support here, which it seems to be holding.
Liquidity is the issue as well with such a small free float a muppet can drop the SP 5% on a $5,500 trade.
