They went from a low of 87 cents on July 7 2010 to an intraday high of $4.13 on November 9 2010, just after the draft permits were issued. I hope we get the same level of "irrational exuberance" as quoted by another poster the other day.Obviously some of that increase can be attributed to a warming towards u stocks but a fair whack would be attributed to speculation regarding the issue of permits i would think.
