Unless your working on the premise that the only money this company is ever going to make..... for those that work for it..... is by continuing to issue capital to pay for salary..
Which means you have to keep selling the dream to new investors..
Thus, lease more land.. Sell that dream until it can't be sold anymore and then fold it into another company..
Been done before and I am sure it will be done again..
