DGT is fine, will be a cracker, HDN I really like the assets, concept also. HCW I didn't go in at the start but did when the acquired the portfolio. I think Brookfield might actually walk away, and force HMC into a negotiation, HMC think they have the upper hand with a walk on one, walk on all clause. Its actually the other way and Ramsay is in no shape to get involved. I think that's the HMC risk at the moment.
