2023 data. Russia supressing V prices.
They can't sell at these prices forever. Slag typicalls costs $8USD/lb.
My guess is there are working through old tailings to sell V to fund the invasion of Ukraine, however, coming into winter they will need their oil and gas to heat homes.
Sometime next year I think the Russian V tap is closed off and we see a return to regular prices of 8-10USD/lb. Probably back half of the year.
