I presume you are predicting all PEP11 stock to halve if a refusal is the decision? BPH to $0.06, BUY to $0.02? That's very bad news for BUY, how can they possibly complete their raise with that type of forecast?
Or, the refusal is already priced in, and we will move to the next phase which will be court case and Federal election.
My personal view is that SH in all PEP11 companies have had ample chance to sell and you will be very disappointed. I note you are still disclosing a "hold" sentiment, this is contradictory to your posting. I am very surprised you haven't sold out as you promised, your word doesn't seem to hold much water.
