What do you mean RBS has been a seller? I never understood this when you first mentioned it in an earlier post.

And then, what do you mean by RBS are looking to buy 'these' back?

RBS along with all the other market participants facilitate a market. They have clients that trade through them. RBS isnt the beneficial owner of any ACL stock. i.e they are not selling, its their clients - which are primarily institutional.
