that would be Newtown, as a suburb of Geelong, as a satellite city of Melbourne
now to be fair, it is almost undoubtedly the best house on the best street in the best suburb of Geelong....but what would you expect the place to sell for? its not waterfront, it doesnt have spectacular views..
currently listed for sale at $2.2m
i will wait and see how that goes as an indicator of the top end of the market around here
