I think this is about right.
I follow another stock ARX, and I remember one interview the CEO Brian Ward said something along the lines of
"the bad part about the US healthcare system is its super hard to crack and get into, but that's also the great part, because once you're in, you're in, and it'll make the next guys job even harder to displace you, as they'll have to go through all the processes and approvals to take away your market share."
