Great to see some feedback on this. If we get a lot more contributors then a database profile could be built up to get a picture of what's really going on rather than relying on the PR and advertorial spin pumped out by the national papers,
property spruikers and others.
I am also watching a property in Newtown (Sydney) that I found on an old (2003) real estate agents promotional pamphlet
lurking long forgotten at the bottom of my filing cabinet.
Ironically the property which sold in 2003 for $538,000 is back on the market again at $839,000.
