This is the first raise since relisting & starting on the battery recycling venture. It's a good opportunity to see how committed every shareholder is to the cause. There are some 4k shareholders, so if no one could be bothered to throw a few hundred dollars each in to support the company, they might as well wrap this thing up now & call it a day. Throw it into voluntary administration & we all move on with our lives.

This is why a stock exchange exists, this is the whole purpose of any stock exchange, for businesses & entrepreneurs to raise money.
