If interest rates hit 12.5% the big 4 will be in big trouble(lots of defaults and write downs),with funding becoming more expensive i am not saying we wont see it i just hope we dont.
The carnage that 12.5% would cause will be an unpleasant suprise for the whole economy not just the housing market.
