correct, it is the wise thing to do because Dave likely reading how little shareholders think of his moves.
nonetheless he has no one to blame but himself, he could have easily announced the update with a positive spin and no capital raise like he promised so many times and the share price would likely be above 10c atm.
his incompetence is demonstrated time and again by his actions, nonetheless, whilst he made a huge blunder, and then realised it and changed directions and thus share price suffers today, I do believe on balance this is actually the better move of the poor choices available, so I applaud him for this.
