nk, you are probably right about the share price dropping ex USN distribution cutoff date, however we might also see a rally into the cutoff date as those wanting both ARD and USN bid up the price trying to get a decent position. Top 20 hold around 70%, with only 102m shares that leaves maybe 30m for regular trading. Goodluck trying to get a decent position without moving the SP a lot higher! So rather than the share price dropping from 20c to 16c ex, it might be more like 30c back down to 25c. Will have to wait and see, I look forward to more information from the company in the near future about how this will work and the dates to watch out for.
Early today sellers were starting to build up, but that reversed in the afternoon and it was good to see ARD close on the high. I think a close above 20c would see ARD move quite quickly back up to around 25c.
