    this was on dec 04, 2023 for the period ending jun 30th .just google it

    this is the first shit show. -- going concern doubt by auditor.
    second shit show - how eqr decides to go ahead with the purchase WITHOUT getting the funding in place. some heads should roll for the debacle, and it sure can start with the CFO giving the green light for the buy out. even if eqr could afford to raise the cash ( they couldnt ) the CFO did not highlight the need for TMG operating cashflow requirement.
