Personally I don’t think the market has forgotten the saga with Her-Vaxx, never a bad trial, always good news but never got off the ground and with management quoting statements like dance partners etc a lot of people got burnt who bought following management tones.
Fast forward several years management has lost credibility and not too many people are interested in phase 1+ stuff. Revenue of any kind (partnerships, licensing etc) is the only thing that will move the needle
