further on that if PL5 is a failure and PL6 is a no hope then what data did Ting + imec present to Infineon to get them to sign on. Plus Infineon would have done their own DD. 1.5m upfront is not a carrot to get them to change their mind if the tech is garbage. They have better things to do.
I know some are suggesting Infineon are mercenaries and would work with anyone who signs them a cheque but I would disagree.
Infineon: "yeah but the tech doesn't work guys. It's rubbish". 4DS "How about we pay you 1.5m now and some money per month?"
Infineon: "Well, in that case!"
