The wording looks scary. It is truely unbelievable that it has come to this. I tell you if Neptune goes under I will want some heads to roll and if CLange gets his hands on Neptune in any way or any of the reginal managers or board members, I will be writing many letters and making lots of noise.
This whole matter is just too unbelievable to be real.
