Loading up at these lows. No real reason for it to come off 30c so quickly. Gold still near all time highs and sentiment as strong as ever. African risk factor has always been priced in so it’s nothing to do with that or permitting imo. Just an overeaction by the market on the back of a minor pull back in usd gold prices. PDI could turn back to high 20c and towards 30c very quickly. It has happened before and will happen again!
