ASM and South Korea have had a long relationship resulting in the KMP build in Ochang but their appetite for significant investment in ASM and Dubbo has been problematic! We (long term holders) always thought South Korea would be an early and big player in the ASM growth story but actual financial support proved elusive, forcing ASM to seek relationships with Europe and the US. I think US support is the best bet and this will likely preclude significant $$ from the others, as that US investment will come with caveats around using US 'partners' re design/build/operate.
