    I'm sorry, but that is the most ridiculous argument ever. You do not raise capital to try to artificially engineer a particular market cap.

    You try to raise as much capital as you can at the most advantageous terms possible.

    The market cap varies all the time based on the share price at any given moment. Stop talking dribble.
