I am seriously surprised that BIT has not issued a pre-Christmas letter to shareholders.
Communication between BIT and SH, which was already extremely poor, has now degenerated into a non-event.
BIT cannot expect any improvement in the SP when it treats its own SH so shabbily. In fact, complaints around communication have been aired on this forum for three years. Remember, the trial results were not announced until six months after they were received.
The whole board should shoulder responsibility for the current precarious situation - and should at least be telling shareholders where the company is going.
At the moment, the BOD is just hanging on to the possibility that C14 can pull a rabbit out of a hat to save the company. That is not even poor management - it is akin to gambling on Lotto to change the company's fortunes.
If BIT was not able to interest other parties with BIT's products, a consultancy company won't have any better luck.
