Even though charts are factual, all they really tell us is where we've been, not where we're going. When I drive, I like to look through the windscreen, not through the review view mirror. When you look at what's coming towards you, you're less likely to crash than if you keep looking behind you.

Your interpretation of the chart is strictly your opinion. All things being equal, I would have to say I would normally agree with you, but somewhere amongst all those curves, there lays a price sensitive announcement. Don't you think that announcement is worth factoring in? Surely the announcement that we found nothing of value would affect holder's enthusiasm?

If we had no announcement, I think we would have hit 30c without Mr Yue's intervention, and we most likely would have stayed there for a while because with the current REE hype, there would have been a lot more speculation.

However, now that we know we don't have viable amounts of REEs (as yet), I think you can toss out the chart prior to the announcement. If you want to know where the stock price is heading, study the chart from Dec 29 onwards.
