@BagsOBucks, somewhere between 4 & 5 cents would be my guess....or perhaps 20% discount to todays closing price.
Whichever way we look at the recent 4DS CR announcements shimozzle and subsequent SP capitulation / destruction....probably a reasonable expectation that the planned Jan'25 CR offer price will instantly look FUBAR when it's announced.
