my farm frontage is 600m, if my next door neighbor is producing gold now and I can even watch them how to produce cash everyday without a telescope, it’s hard for me to believe my farm doesn’t have gold. 500m is really to close, the two houses on my farm located more than 400m away.

coal mines are around my area, few kilometers away, I was also told by the coal mine that circa 20Mt coal exist under my farm from 18m underneath, with coal seam more than 35m. But currently my council won’t allow the mining area go further to ruin the town although my farm is still 2km to the town center.

coal is different story of course, back to the penny tenements, since two high grade (18g/22g) area already been discovered 300m to each other, I tend to believe there could be few more gold lodes existing few hundreds meters away. ie penny west is not the center of penny gold, it could be just one of them, billion years ago when a small planet hit penny it was broken into 10 pieces which are hiding underground 200-300m now.
