@Dhm. Well to figure it out, I just googled the words I didnt understand like - immunogenicity<> turns out this means...produces an immune response.
So I reckon...
"The results of this Phase II trial, showing safety and immunogenicity of HER-Vaxx in patients with HER2-over expressing GC suggests a potential pathway for HER2/HER-Vaxx-based vaccines as a treatment modality in HER2-over expressing cancers."
So I think this is saying... The Her-vaxx Ph 2 results are 1. safe and 2. Produce an immune response in gastric cancer But these results are only in patients with Gastric cancer, who express the Her-2 Protein. Perhaps (potenial pathway) this could be used as a vaccine.
Not any new data - Not bad but hardly a ringing endorsement. Happy if I have got stuff wrong - to point it out.
