I have not heard of the Namibian Constitutional Court.
The Namibian Supreme Court is the highest court in the land. Only the Supreme Court can review its own decisions (as opposed to appeal). Which it very, very, very rarely does. There is absolutely no way to appeal the Namibian Supreme Court.
