    GG all futures markets operate on cash settlement.

    I have been investing in silver for a decade. When I started the price was around $6.

    Back then it was claimed that the silver price was being manipulated by shorts

    Now the same claims are being made and the price is almost 5 times more

    The average cost of production is $8

    There is no manipulation
