Id be surprised if no contracts had been signed. Before a farm in/acquisition the usual talk is "negotiations are continuing/at an advanced stage". The buffalo announcement appears as though it had been put to bed well and truly. Which is why we are all querying where the place is and some background info on its prospects or any current/former production from it, or surrounding area.
If negotiations are continuing, or it is subject to the first frac then shouldnt we have heard about that?
