Given that DM is not concerned about the SP and as some have said only interested in the final ‘Sale Price’ how do we amend the sales bonus for DM et al so that it’s not a % of the final sale price but linked to the SP ?
Ting to be excluded from any changes and would continue to receive a % of final ‘sale price’
what would that look like and would we have to wait until next years AGM , or could a ‘special GM be called and votes taken on amending the current Sale Pool arrangement ?
