The following is a list of the major advances expected progressively from Weebit in the next months.
Some items may split into steps along the way. E.g stages of qualification. Other items may occur multiple times. E.g. fab signings.
I'm happy to update the list when triggered by company announcements. Please feel free to provide additions and amendments to the list.
1. Qualification of SkyWater 130nm chips at 150 degrees
2. Qualification of DB Hitek 130nm chips
3. Qualification of Global Foundries 22nm chips
4. Signing of additional fabs and IDMs
5. Signing of customers (of Weebit, fabs or IDMs)
6. Discrete ReRAM development with selector
7. Smaller Discrete ReRAM not requiring selector
8. Scaling to smaller geometries (below 22nm)
9. Reporting of significant licence or royalty revenue
10. Mass production commencement
