I'll buy again IF Wonarah gets funding and there are STRICT stipulations on those funds actually going to Wonarah (which may be marginal for rock production but is likely to be robust and strategically significant to an Asian partner wishing to value add to DAP,TSP and/or MAP) ... no need to rush in when that will mean dilution. But I need to see some fresh blood come into the board assuming they are able to CONvince another significant fertilizer player they should invest in them.
