How much impact do you think the upcoming Veit elections will have (or is having)on Tincoms pace of progress?

I didn't see this has having any impact in the context of Vietnam desperately needing coal regardless of
1. who gets elected to the parliment in May &
2. who the parliment elects as president in July.

Isn't it just more of the same politics and maybe some musical chairs in parliment?

Another newletter is in order if nothing is announced by end of January (a month later than they "expected" the dosh).
