Meaning mine lives could be lengthened,enabling a more stabletransition period to renewables. Important as we know for keeping alid on power prices. And of course continued employment in theregion.
Another very important innovation inthe reduction of CO2 from the use of straight diesel,is a productcalled Hythane. It is a blend of diesel and hydrogen. It cuts downthe use of diesel considerably and stabilises the use of hydrogen.Diesel engines can be converted cheaply to its use by a conversionkit,Optiblend. If all the diesel engines in the mining industry wereconverted to using Hythane the savings in fuel cost and reduction ofCO2 emissions would be considerable.
I see enormous political capital in theprompt adoption of the above.
I would suggest a government initiativeto subsidize the conversion of diesel engines in the Pacific area,which is very sensitive to climate change, would give Australia aworthwhile international boost and would also counter Chineseinfluence to some degree.
If the government acts quickly inadoption of these Australian innovations,it could very well swing asufficient number of disenchanted votes back to the ALP and hopefullysave seats at the forthcoming Federal election.

I unapologetically have pushed the political angle. With 2025 an election year and the return of the government by no means certain,it should concentrate minds of the governing party.
When I spoke to Greg, he brought up the ability of PZ and PZ7 additives to convert the toxic piles of FlyAsh abundant around coal powered Power Stations, to an asset with their use in conjunction with FA.FA is increasingly being used in the production of concrete. As we know,combining EDE additives with the FA, strengthens concrete and enables the reduction of cement in the overall mix.Turning a waste product into a profit making one,ought to result in Coal Companies being eager to encourage its use.
But if politicians were sensible and rational, we wouldn't be in the current situation.Would we?
