I'm in another stock where the shareholders did just this. Poor performing board, all outed.
If Dave doesn't resign after this debacle I think this needs to happen. The rest of leadership should 1. Halt all pay until they recover the SP and then future pay rates are halved or so. 2. Cough up substantial amounts themselves for credit raise. 3. Commit to a clear and transparent 24 month plan. 4. Outline how comms are going to change. 5. Put the incebtive sales pool to another vote with modified conditions tied to SP.
