miki...........
You've just repeated the post you made last week (almost word for word) so I have no hesitation in repeating my thoughts.
The issue is not whether the options are triggered at 2.5 cents but if they should be approved in the first place!!!
I'm starting to become suspicious of your motives.
Why would you have no problem with issuing options to directors who have clearly done nothing to deserve them?
The fact that they would contribute $1.5 mil "out of their own pocket" is irrelevent. Wouldn't the same $1.5 mil be paid into the coffers if the long suffering shareholders were offered the options instead? (personally, I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole)
Saying you're not adverse to giving directors a free kick is a little hard to fathom.
Please explain why you think they are worthy of them in the first place. I am willing to be drawn to the dark side but you'll have to have a more compelling argument the 2.5 cent trigger.
