What amazes me still is that we were able to provide a response to over 1600 pages of concern and send it back to NOPTA. Within 30 days. NOPTA have again reviewed the information within a timely manner and sent to JA. What stupefies me is the delay tactic which by anyone’s measure would be deemed unjust. The political posturing and blatant disregard to follow the law over this permit is quite extraordinary. Although not in the least unexpected. If we end up back in court this will be a slam dunk for PEP Co
