By way of reducing the level of ongoing negativity here on HC, I am going to encourage everyone to express their concerns privately via the 'Investor Hub" from now on. In the absence of a live Q&A webinar session it is likely the only way you will be heard by DM and the BoD. Clearly there are a number of issues that need to be clarified by DM. It is hard to see a positive change coming from the company unless they fully understand the grievances that we have. I would encourage you to keep the following issues in mind when expressing your concerns.

We have heard from DM in the past that the share price doesn't concern him and it is not a focus. In light of the fact that as an R&D company we rely on 'capital raises' to support ongoing development it SHOULD have always been and SHOULD still be one of the key focal points of the company. It is understandable that we are not happy our SP had been languishing below 9 cents for so long despite the PL4 results. We have a market capitalisation right now that is even well below what it was prior to PL4 (even years before PL4).

Promoting the company's achievement's has apparently not been a priority and comments from DM like " we are going to have a PR campaign in the US, ...........we have the money we might as well use it." ( this is from the Gold Coast Investor presentation last year)..... sounds more like an after thought and not committed. PH has said that we can't do much more on that front until we have something more to share with the market. I'm not a marketing expert but if we as 'as retail investors' were excited by PL4 results and where we are going with the promise of PL6 then surely retail investors everywhere would be excited in the same way if they knew about what we are doing. These things don't necessarily happen on their own. People have to know we exist first.

Although DM et al.., are also holding shares which are also heavily impacted by large SP drops like we have just witnessed they are also heavily insulated by the promise of the 'Sale Bonus Pool'. This is where the big disconnect is. It doesn't matter whether we have (2) billion or (6) billion shares on issue, the cash pay out on a 'sale' to those on the 'sales Bonus Pool' remains unaffected and undiluted. It is no wonder DM doesn't appear to have the same motivation to limit dilution by encouraging a higher share price prior to raising capital.

I really had hoped/ expected we might have been given the opportunity for a live Q&A webinar session with DM by now to get clarification on recent events and hopefully start a SP trend reversal...... stop the bleeding so to speak. These things I have mentioned above are not new to us and are clearly some of the issues that have been a catalyst to the ill feelings expressed here towards DM in particular. The more people who have the opportunity to express these concerns to the company the better.

Again, I would encourage everyone to privately express their concerns via the investor hub from now on, rather than posting here on HC as it just drives this continuing negativity. You can't assume the BoD read anything on HC, and if they don't understand the current sentiment of shareholders you can't expect a remedy to ensue.
