Global markets were all up overnight - truncated Christmas eve sessions.

In the US, the DOW rose 390 points (.91%), the NBI rose 9 points (.21%), the NASDAQ Composite rose 266 points (1.35%) and the Russell small cap index rose 22 points (1.00%).
